
The primary function of our safety program is the prevention of accidents/and or injury to workers, the protection of the environment, and preventative maintenance of equipment. The success of our safety program is dependent upon the contribution towards safety awareness from each and every worker and through continuous safety and loss control efforts. Manual revisions and improvements are an ongoing process and workers are encouraged to participate and submit ideas to Phase 3’s management for improving the Health and Safety program. We conduct annual internal audits to verify compliance with the Health and Safety Program and all industry standards and requirements.
The main goal of the safety program is an accident-free workplace. While each worker is responsible for working safely with equal concern for fellow workers, it is the managements responsibility to organize and maintain the safety program objectively and efficiently and to ensure the continuing education of workers in regards to safety issues, and concerns.
