Safety Philosophy

The primary function of our safety program is the prevention of accidents and/or injury to workers, the protection of the environment, and preventive maintenance of equipment. The success of our safety program is dependent upon the contribution toward safety awareness from each and every worker and through continuous safety and loss control efforts. Manual revisions and improvements are an ongoing process, and workers are encouraged to participate and submit ideas to Phase 3 Electric Ponoka Ltd.’s management for improving the Health and Safety program. We conduct annual internal audits to verify compliance with the Health and Safety Program and all industry standards and requirements. Phase 3 Electric is also Z462-15 compliant.

The main goal of the safety program is an accident-free workplace. While each worker is responsible for working safely with equal concern for fellow workers, it is the management’s responsibility to organize and maintain the safety program objectively and efficiently and to ensure the continuing education of workers with regard to safety issues, and concerns.
